Canadian m101 with lid for sale

I am thinking I should sell my military trailer. The trailer is lifted slightly with new springs and shocks. 33" MTR (old style) on 5 on 4.5 jeep wheels. Tongue box installed. Water tank mounted below the box (10 gallon) but not plumbed, I will include a pump and the hoses and bits I collected to plumb it. The lid is a hinging style built flat with gas props and locks. I have a yakima mega warrior basket bolted to the lid. Trailer has been painted white with black fenders and tongue. Parking brake is in good order as are all of the lights etc... I have installed crank down jacks on the rear to stabilize the trailer when using a roof top tent. I would potentially sell it with the tent (car-top-tent brand)
If interested I can take pictures and post or email. I would like to get 2500.00 without the tent and 3000.00 with. Trailer is in central Va and I could deliver it a reasonable distance or meet for a pick up.
Thanks

What size is the RTT and what condition? What condition are the tires in? Has the tongue been modified? Are the lights original?

The details of the RTT can be found here.

The tongue was bent when I got the trailer so the orginal c-channel was removed and replaced with 2x3 boxed tube but it in the same size and shape. The trailer had no lights on it when I purchased it, these are generic trailer lights.

I'm no trailer guru, but isn't this a 416? Or are they different IDs in Canada? Curious more than anything, as I have a M101 and it is 6'x8'. Thanks, and absolutely do not mean anything negative towards the listing, but the M101 caught my eye...
