On our way back from Flagstaff Sunday, driving through Phoenix, this rig blasted past us in the carpooling lane, doing slightly over 80 mph:

There were, indeed, two people in the front of the truck. Three cheers to them for conserving our precious natural resources!

Nothing makes sense here... just like the construction... why can't they work on it in 1 mile strips at a time instead of every freeway under construction for like 20 mile strips for about 2 years?
