CB Radio Equipment - Where to purchase?

Is it possible to purchase all needed items locally (radio shack, best buy etc.) or have you all found that on-line is pretty much needed?

Where are you located? There is a great mom and pop cb shop at Johnsons corner truckstop up by Loveland Colorado.

also helps that my last name is Wolcott, we are the real Wolcott's tracing back to the founding of this country with Oliver Wolcott as a signer on the Declaration of Independence

but anyways great service from Walcott CB they get stuff out to you quick and their prices are pretty good

I got a cable from Walcott. Great service. Also bought a Radio from a Pilot Truck Stop. Frankly, it was the best price I found for a Cobra Classic at the time (approx 1 year ago).
