Ok here is the latest modification to the trailer. This is a quick table design that I am trying out. It has been out on one run so far and seems to work great! Look at the photographs and I will explain it's simplicity.
What you are looking at is a piece of 3/4" plywood that is wedged in between the fender and the body. You then lower the front of the plywood down over 2 small 3/4" tall metal spacers. The spacers are approxiametely 1/4" round. See the bottom photograph for the spacers. Simply drill your top board accordingly. I am very impressed with how stable this table is. Give it a try!
