Chevy 2500 2001-2006 HD bumper with black Bulletliner SOCal

I had this sandblasted and bullet lined before I bought my ARB bumper. Pretty sure its under warranty with bulletliner in san diego. Bulletliner is rhinoliner but better! UV protected, Its slick looking and durable. Won't get scratched wont fade . 400 bucks sound fair?
