I never did a build thread for my 2001 Tundra and always had a hard time remembering everything I had done to that truck. Will all the inspiration from the threads here, I figured I would share this journey with everyone here. There are so many outstanding builds and so much amazing ingenuity here, I only hope my build compares ever so slightly.
In the driveway (at the same time), I had my built 2001 Tundra and a more or less stock 2010 Tundra. The 2001 served the family well, but the back seats were getting smaller and smaller. The 2010 tundra solved that issue, but the truck was too big for the everyday use. The 2010 was traded for my 2015 Tacoma Long Bed 4X4 TRD Sport early in 2015. The 2001 was sold a while later and is helping to fund this build.
The '15 had 10K miles when I bought it. I immediately bought a SnugTop Super Sport and some Husky Floor Liners. Just last week, I upgraded the suspension and thus begins my build thread. Here is how the truck looks now - February 2016.
