Interested to see some interior setups on the GFC (been working through the Tacoma World postings but haven't seen much on the interior side). I have seen the Vagabond builds (e.x. nice Goose Gear build). Do GFC owners typically just use a modular setup? I was thinking a setup similar to NonUrbias flippac would be great with the ability to open the sides... lots of light and air.
Not familiar with the NonUrbias FlipPac, but here’s what I have.

Not familiar with the NonUrbias FlipPac, but here’s what I have.
Great build that’s similar to what I wanted to see. With both sides open I bet it’s nice and airy inside vs other camper options without opening sides. Thanks for sharing.

Below is a link to the Nonurbia Flippac I mentioned. Their layout is similar but they have totes in the aisle section to make a totally flat platform for use when the camper is closed. In a GFC I think it would be great.

Wow! Thanks for sharing I’m going to have to read through their travelogue. I do have a piece of plywood in the aisle section that can be placed on top to make it completely flat for the left section.

The two removable bed panels can be placed on the right side to get it into bunk bed mode if you’re okay with resting your feet on top of the fridge.

I’ll get some more pictures this weekend when I have some time.

Hello,

Are you getting ready to get in line for a GFC Camper ( https://gofastcampers.com/pages/camper-landing )? If so, here's your chance to move up the waiting list at no cost to you.

I put my $575 deposit down on a GFC Camper back in December 2018. The Camper no longer makes sense for me so I'm offering up my spot on the waiting list. I'm not looking to make any money on the deal - just want to get my deposit back. I'm #457 (out of 677 currently) on the Go Fast Camper (GFC) "Leaderboard" for a new Camper ( https://gofastcampers.com/pages/leaderboard ). I've been in contact with GFC and they say transferring my spot is no problem (will send you GFC emails if interested and can confirm with them again w/ you in the loop if you're serious). At the rate they're producing Campers this could save you up to 10 months of wait time. The deposit would be applied to the full purchase price and you would still be able to configure the Camper to your specs (mid-size vs. full size, color, window, etc). Let me know if you're interested and we can figure out the transfer.

The excessive wait is the only reason I’ve held off on ordering... any indication as to how far out your build is?

I read that post and looks like a **** ton of work that not many are capable of doing in my opinion. Very few people have the skill, tools and time to build that thing for that price.

As far as building your own it's pretty simple; he designed it to be that way. He provides a list of materials (including parts numbers so you don't even have to figure those out) along with pictures and measurements, He welds up a steel frame which isn't hard to do and lots of folks here have welders. The aluminum and fitting for the top are 80/20 which essentially just bolts together like a giant Erector set and plenty of folks here have used to make their interiors. The sewing is probably the hardest part but if you have any experience in sewing it's pretty straight forward; I had to take home economics in middle school and learned to sew along with a bunch of other kids- it's not rocket science. He used a CNC router on the plastic panels but then later says he'd use aluminum or something else if he did it again as he's getting some warping- plastic and aluminum are easy to work with in a home workshop, a regular saw and router will cut it. Folks on here have built much more complicated and elaborate campers in their garages, and while I'm not saying it's easy, it's definitely not on the scale that some of the postings in this forum have been and that's the beauty of it. YMMV, of course.

Matt,
I am interested in your spot in line. Is it still available?
