Converting an NPR to 4x4?

A buddy of mine is a bigger Isuzu fan than of Fuso and explored getting the NPS axle from Oz. I dont remember the details as it was 3-4 years ago, but it was certainly not cheap. For the same price or less you could have a nice Dana 60/70 or AAM 9.5 sized axle up front. You then have more options for wheels, lockers, ring gear, etc, but would need adapters for the rears to match, which is what RC trucks does and how I found their site.

This is an older thread and the rctruck link is dead, so I assume they aren't doing 4x4 conversions, but there is Rebel Offroad who converted a crew cab NPR into a beast.
