I thought this video captured the dust,I think the temp may be around 120F.

found several short vids yesterday, even in English!! And yes, 50C or north of 120F!! Cannot imagine the simple logistics of having near enough liquids for two on board. We crossed the Mojave on motorcycles years ago, stopping to drink 1/2-1 gal/hr and never voided!!

Still ridiculous how little coverage we get Stateside to the largest and most difficult motor event in the world...

Race Dezert has outstanding Dakar coverage this year. Klaus is down there chasing the race and the coverage is off the charts.
