The one for one part policy means LR is fixing it pre sale. Pretty much guarantees the the carfax will be clean.
You’ll be stuck waiting for the part they can’t get right now, but like others have said. Pre sale damage is repaired all the time. I used to work at a port of entry for Subaru and Volkswagen group. Lots of cars see the body shop before they see the dealer even. Never mind the ones repaired after they get out into the world.
Just make sure it looks as good as new and get them to give you a carfax ran the morning you pick it up.
