DefconBrix | Military Inspired Overland Build

I like that boxer pup. What happened to the military canvas interior and camo wrap?

I still have the steel bed cage with canvas (might sell it though). I like having everything a bit more secure and dry now. Originally got the shell for the winter months but now likely will leave it on.

The interior I backed out of because of the smell of the old canvas I was going to do it with.

The wrap is still going to happen :D

Let me know if you end up selling it.

Awesome truck man! Getting lots of inspiration.

I was hoping to get some photos inside this cool little house (that used to also be a diner) but "no photography" allowed — uhg!

So I did the typical tourist shot out front

Just a cool shot while out exploring some side trails in Moab

I took the long way and some side roads on my way to the gym just to see what I what I see and saw a concrete platform up against a railroad track and just felt the need to put my truck on top of it. After getting out to enjoy the view for a minute I figured it was a good place to snap a few random photos :D

Love this truck. Amazing build. I do have a question though. How do you like the Method beadlocks? Have they given you any problems with balancing, or not being DOT legal?

I was wondering this too. Love those wheels.

I've had no issues at all and I have driven more than 20k miles on them so far. Freaking love them!
The other Beadlocks I was been looking at getting are the Hutchinson Rock Monsters.

Such a quality build! I might have missed this already but, how do you like those tires? the open country R/T

Thank you! The tires have been amazing so far. I still haven't aired them down and testing slower crawling but everything else has been great. Consistent traction is excellent. I got into some nasty clay type of mud and thought for sure I would be winching out but was able to get through it — this was the day I knew these would be my go-to tires for quite some time.
