Defender X-Tech limited edition

You just have to build up your own defender, way more fun than going down to the dealer and driving one off of the lot.:smiley_drive:

I agree-the black top doesn't work very well. I guess the plastic headlamp mounts where bolted onto the wings to align with grill which appears to have been pushed forward to fit the engine (?)

Geez, I didn't even notice the roof.

I do not believe the grille (and light surround) had anything to do with engine length. There's a lot of room between the engine and rad still. I don't know why they did it, but I don't think that's it.

What's up with the headlight surrounds? Looks like a damn panda. Rover fail.. the older ones look better.. just like how the newest g wagons here in the states are also riced out to no other.

I do like built-in dents in the doors though

Careful... Theres some bloke sitting in the pub in England, just got off work, who might be offended by you "bashing" his work!

Nice vehicle though. The Defender has always been at the top of my "want to buy" list.

Land Rover is messing with the secret sauce - never mess with the secret sauce. . .

The sauce bottle has just about run out. With new EU regulations coming into affect 2015, the Defender being built for 2011 will no longer be legal to sell into the EU.

They wouldn't be having this problem if the European drivers would just close the pedestrian hunting season and declare pedestrians a protected species. :peepwall:

They just need a new design that would gentility scoop the pedestrian up, carefully slide them over the top of the vehicle then safely deposit them back on the sidewalk or marked crosswalk behind the vehicle without mussing them up.

Careful... some of those ´blokes´are not always in the pub, and may be on the internet reading what you are writing. :ylsmoke:
