Hey Toasty, can you tell me if this vin has locking diff? Its a 1998 Gen 2.5 Montero. JA4MR51RXWJ004362

I'm guessing it has the "winter package"/locking rear diff because of the headlight washers?

This is what it looks like outside but I can't see inside for the orange sticker or the button
