Fuel that close to cooking flame? I doubt it will be a problem but just caught my attention. Otherwise, looks awesome!

No fuel in the container, if it were used as fuel storage it would be best to remove the fuel before cooking. I'm thinking this spot will be more suitable for water storage if it's going to be used as a kitchen. I have never had a rotopax leak but still better to play it safe.

Yes, all pressed in hardware is on both sides so the 3rd swing out can swing either way. The ladder bolts onto the swing arm so you would have to cut the slee ladder off and I could supply the ladder brackets to be welded on the arm.

What about a whole new swing arm with the setup already attached?
That way we could slide off the Slee swing arm ladder and slide your arm on ... is that a possibility?

It would be but it may be tough to match up the hinge. I wonder if slee could sell you a blank swing arm?

Went out for a bit this evening to test some things out. Got the free spirit recreation tent mounted temporarily and wanted to go down some more rough roads with the ladder and table swing out. Everything worked great with no rattles. I timed camp set up and it took me about 3

min to set up camp and start cooking dinner. About 5 min to pack up.
Also got to try out the free spirit recreation ready light.
The light is pretty sweet.
It has a main light with 4 detachable led pod lights that have a hook and magnet so you can hang them anywhere, it also has a solar panel on top for charging. The tripod stand it came with was decent but I would like to do a telescoping pole on the swing out to mount the light.

I noticed you have a ball hitch in there and perhaps I'm just missing it from the pictures, but where would you hook trailer safety chains?

There are cutouts in the center section and slots in the back of the bumper so two options.

A little more progress today,
Still trying to sort out a few things on the 3rd swingout and table but it's getting there.

REALLY Awesome work, great design! The website listed on your FB page doesn't seem to work, how do we inquire about pricing and see your other work?

Cheers - Nate

Thanks!

Such a clean build

Testing out the new aluminum front bumper! Have a little more engineering and reinforcing to do for the winch plate but should weigh in around 30lbs!
Perfect for those who want to keep the AHC for as long as possible.

Wow Ben, that's another level. Aluminum is a lacking option for our heavy rigs. I hope this takes off for you boss. Keeping this light up front and in the rear would be worth it for a lot of owners myself included. I'll be watching this with interest! Great work Ben.

Ben maybe I missed it but two questions, what's that solar tripod light thingy? Got a link?

Are you laying down those aluminum beads? Killer welding.
