Update on 12 volt air conditioner. Unfortunately this did not turn out well, but I'll share so others might be aware.
For some time I have been looking at 12 volt back pack split system AC's. I narrowed it down to this company which has been in business

Price for the unit was $980 and air freight door to door delivery another $420. Had I chosen less expensive shipping by sea, it would have taken
at least a month and involved a third party to arrange shipping from the port to me. This probably would cost close to the air option.
I was able to go through Alibaba for the transaction. Hopefully the trade assurance program really works, yeah.....
Here is how it went; Received a single tracking number when the unit shipped, however the unit was shipped to Doral FL not S.C. I brought this to the reps
attention and was told that FEDEX sent it to the wrong address. Later I find out this is another customer and mistakenly shipped to. OK, mistakes happen so I rolled
with it. After 10 days I get 3 tracking numbers, not one, for the shipment. Something hoakie is going on. Just not comfortable with this.
Here is what I got;


Cracked cover with rust and corrosion. This is suppose to be a new unit. It appears to be used.

Instead of sending a new cover, they suggested glue to fix the cover as it did not affect the unit mechanically, and also apologized.
Then said FEDEX would not send another as it was to risky for damage. Enough already, time for a refund. We'll see how it goes.

Not sure if I understand you correctly. Floor plan of my build does not make sense so I assume you mean dimensions of the unit?
If so, click on the link of the unit and look for technical specs. It provides all the info you need.
If you choose to do business with this company, hopefully you won't encounter the deception I did.

Sorry for the confusion. Floor plan/layout for the camper. I attached an example but I would like to see your dimensions for inside items and outside dimensions. I'm looking at a flat bed for my truck that is 84" x 84".

Be optimistic, maybe you will get a refund AND keep the unit. As I'm sure they wouldn't want to return ship.

Then maybe test their parts department for replacement parts, cover, etc.

I'm thinking that's what happened with this other customer.
I just can't stand fraud. I'll take a loss and purchase another unit elsewhere.
