Driving a 30’ Box Truck Over Engineer Pass, in an attempt to prove SWB 4x4 drivetrains aren’t really needed....

There's a joke around here that no matter how bada$$ your rig, no matter how tough the trail, there'll be a clapped out 1996 Subaru Outback on stock tires and suspension at the top.

Which makes a 1996 Subaru or any Subaru for that matter the ULTIMATE Overland Vehicle as they can go ANYWHERE, ANYTIME with LITTLE IF ANY Off-Road Driving Experience and you can Sleep in the back!

comparing the weight of a Subaru and a 30 foot box truck there is little surprise that a box truck probably won't make the route. So what happened to this story? What is the outcome?
