The 80 series neck had a plunger and the 100 series did not. I got mine from japan4x4 and it was a pleasant transaction.
The 100 series is set up to switch from the main tank to the aux tank, while the front runner set up utilizes a transfer pump to send the fuel from the aux into the main tank. So I had to modify it slightly with a fitting to accept the transfer hose. So I drilled, tapped, screwed in a brass barbed fitting then JB welded it for extra security. Probably not necessary but figured why not

As you can see it fits perfectly in the opening. There are two different holes behind the flapper, one for each tank. I tried to get a pic of this while holding the flapper open in the last pic
Also- the aux tank fill port and the tube for the aux tank on the fill neck aren't perfectly aligned, but with some soft wall fuel hose you can make it work.
ALSO. The fill tubes are 1 3/8" pipe while the aux tank fill port is 1.5". So you need a reducer somewhere in the line. Front runner was kind enough to supply me with one. It was meant for the main fill line but I used it on the aux one since the OEM neck goes all the way to the tank on the 100 series
