Great score Mike! I have been debating the purchase of a Bedslide for a while. Looks very cool and functional too!

It will definitely help load/unload gear into the bed. To minimize the need for containers and maximize the use of wasted space, the bed slide will be a perfect platform to add storage/drawers. My biggest complaint is having to lug everything out to setup camp. Hopefully, I can create my perfect setup while keeping the budget low.

Did you use a superlift truspeed or similar to recalibrate for your 4.56's and 35s? I'm wondering mostly for getting the transmission o shift at the right time and place rather than having the speedo read perfectly. Or was it close enough to stock that you left it alone?

I'm running 4.88's. I never bothered with the recalibration. It was close enough to stock and I got use to the speedo being off a couple miles.

Been lagging on the maintenance. However, here's what I have to work with. Just picked up 4 Bilstein 5150's, got 4 moog driveshaft ujoints, a transfer case and install my 3rd into the spare housing.

Barely used Detroit TrueTrac. Time to prepare for a front end rebuild; new ball joints, inner/outer wheel bearings and seals.

Removed my rear axle to start the process of removing all the components and install them into the cleaner/painted housing.

I was like, "Crap, not this again!!!? After removing the detroit locker and disassembling it, further inspection shows more damage. The other 4 bolts left in the case backed out or broke.

Now to look for something else, ARB or a 14 bolt full float...

Purchased the ARB air locker (RD129). Should be delivered tomorrow. I'll see about having installed as well.

14 bolt axle is not in the budget.
