Here is what I made to store my maps rolled instead of folded. I got the original from another member on a different site and made some changes to suit my needs. very cheap and easy to make, enjoy..........Thomas

I try to never fold a good map, sometimes you have to but it is best to roll.

I like to make a color copy of a section of a map I'm going to use on a trip, so that I can draw on it without munging up the original. Then I stick it in the clear sleeve on the front of a binder, with other papers inside. The whole thing is easy to keep track of and fits down beside the center console.
