I normally don't bother boring you guys and gals with the stuff I do at work, but as a fellow Toyota enthusiast this recent build really impressed me. So I figured I would share it with you all.....

This was a vehicle we prepared one of our customers at my work. It is a spotless (only 11,000 miles young!) 2004 Double Cab Tacoma. We added tons on high quality aftermarket goods from Demello, ARB, Warn, IPF, Icon Vehicle Dynamics, Nitto, American Racing, Vision X, Safari Snorkel, Viair, Total Chaos and many more!

Here are a few "teaser" shots:

I have the rest of the album posted on my flickr page here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/feldermann/sets/72157611746004500/

Have a safe and happy New Year's everyone!

Good looking rig. What do you have mounted on the sides of the rack?

Ahhh...that's one of my favorite mods. They are LED Xmitter light bars from Vision X. We put one in the front, one in the back, and one on each side. They are f-ing bright! But VERY expensive!!!

Here is the link to them on Vision X's website if you would like all the stats: http://www.visionxoffroad.com/led/xmitter/

Thanks for all the nice comments!

Nice buildup.

Has he thought about sleeping arraignments when out camping?
I have seen a lot of Tacomas fixed up for overlanding, and this blue one here really grabs my attention.
He is a member here too, and has a thread in this section.

Here is another one I ran across that utilizes the rack for the tent setup.

Thanks Corey. I know the immediate plans for this vehicle are to be used as hunting transportation to access remote areas, unaccessible by normal transportation. I'm not to sure if their are any plans for a tent. However, I really like that Maggiolina setup!!! Definitely, something to keep in mind for him.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Thanks, you too Matt.

Show him the vid in my sigs called "Maggiolinas Gone Wild", I bet that will get him thinking about some type of sleeping quarters for the rig.

"expedition Ready" Yes it sure does appear to be eh... Beautiful truck mate. Everyone should own a nicely built up Toyota at least once in their life just to experience what it's all about ;)

Cheers
