Thanks for so many "thank you" 's everyone. I really have to hand it to Scott though - he really put this thing together rather quickly and did it very well. I just helped with the execution of his well-laid plans. Nice job Scott! The other critical part of this equation is the sum of all the people who attended. Everyone really added a superb quality of character, sportsmanship, and FUN to make this an awesome event. It is what we make of it, and you guys didn't waste any time! It was a gas to meet a lot of people for the first time and see who is behind the forum identity. And it was really cool to see all of my long-time buddies too. Some of you guys I have known for many, many years and it's pretty cool that depsite the miles apart we still manage to get together once in a while. My birthday was on Sunday, and I couldn't have asked for a better b-day celebration! Thanks for all of the gifts and treats everyone! :beer: I was in hog heaven!

Well, I will post more thoughts as they come along, but just wanted to drop in and put a few down now. I also will attach a pano-pic from that gorgeous overlook when we crested the ridge, looking to the east at the Mazatzal mountains and the Verde River valley.

Cherokee and Oliver, I hope you two are feeling better. We are rooting for you all the way! Don't let up and keep drooling with a smile!!!

P.S. - Great photos everyone! Thanks for posting 'em! Kristina, I'm really glad you got the cool "people" shots. I need to remember to get more of those next time. And Jeff! AWESOME rally course photos! And you got the expedition cadillac too! :bowdown:

It sure would have been a sight. Graham's probably one of the fastest drivers I've met, but there's only so much you can do with an 110HP engine in a 6,500 lb vehicle
