Where can I buy parts and accessories for my Schutt Industries trailer? I need mudflaps and I'd be serious about some of the accessories. Would one of the distributors be the best source for parts?

Can u post pics of the trailers you purchased? They look much larger than the ATs.

Their presence feels substantially larger due to their square full-width cargo box, which has wheel wells instead of being narrow to fit between the wheels. They're actually only a foot wider and a less than 2 feet (vs. AT Horizon) or just a few inches (vs. AT Chaser) longer.

The stance is two, maybe three inches wider than my Discovery. I don't have photos of it being towed behind the D2, but I do have some with the LR4:

I've looked for but haven't seen any video of how the tent risers are set up and work. They appear to be a slightly different version of other riser set ups and it'd be great to see them in action. Has anyone seen a video? Schutt...can you post? Thanks.

This is the only info I've found about the "elevating rack system"...

"The elevating rack has six manually adjustable positions, and Schutt Industries told us that the max height allows the trailer to accommodate most overlanding motorcycles while still driving down road and trail at full speed. Schutt is also working on an automatic elevation system, which it plans to have ready within the next month."

I've only used the manual version. Basically, you pull a pin in each riser bar and lift. The rack mounts are hinged so you can do just the front then just the back (easier than doing all 4 at the same time). It's best to have two people.

I can attest to the rack system's stability in the raised position. The thin bars don't look like they would be able to handle the weight of a tent at such a height without flopping back and forth, but surprisingly the frame stays nice and square around turns and over bumps when cruising down a dirt road.

I'd send you the price sheet they sent me but after they didn't respond to any subsequent questions I cleaned my inbox figuring that once they had my money the service wouldn't be any better. :(

Looks like quite a trailer though.

I filled out the request on there website then the next day called the number on there website and was referred to some guy named Mark, spoke with him and asked him for a price sheet and said he would email it later that night. I sent in another request a day later and its been about a week now and I cant even get a price list from these people. That kind of service will hurt a company, kind of sad cause its a sweet looking trailer.

To anyone that has not received a timely response to inquiries of any kind from me please accept my sincerest apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you. You can reach me almost 24/7 at 920-243-8706 and markk@schuttindustries.com. Responding to pricing requests and product questions of any kind what so ever is my highest priority. It is a delight for me to serve you in general. I dedicate a minimum of 3-4 hours a day talking directly to customers that have questions and need help with their decision making process. If you do not get a response from me something is not right and needs looking into. There are times when I am in meetings, helping other customers, or sleeping. When I man trade shows responses may take a little extra time to process but in general all inquiries are responded to inside on 24 hours providing I have a connection. This is my personal rule and applies always and without exception.

How the system works is when an email information request is made I'll email you back an extensive retail price list outlining all add-on sub-system and primary accessories list for the XVENTURE product line including lead times and how to order. Attached to that email are several high resolution images that may occasionally on rare occasions cause the email to get stuck in spam folders. Again, this is very rare. On average I send out upwards of 25 response emails per day without incident. Before you make accusations like Eduardo has here, we recommend you check your spam folder. For the record we received every single inquiry (4 in total) Mr. Cuevas submitted and responded to each one however he does not appear to be receiving our replies. We would appreciate it if before you jump online and defame us with statements like I read here check your side, then call or email me. The last thing we want is for you to receive anything less than exceptional customer service.

That said, we are not perfect, sorry this is managed by humans, but despite our shortcomings as such we provide the best service in the industry that is humanly possible. You don't become the worlds largest military trailer manufacture or produce products to the sophistication of XVENTURE XV-2 by being anything less than first rate.

Let me know if you have any questions. I am at your service. Mark Kasserman - XVENTURE Product Manager - Schutt Industries

Here is a perfect example of an email not being received and a customer jumping to conclusions; surly (Kenneth) sent in an inquiry to me on 6-15 at 3:59. I responded to that inquiry on 6-15 at 5:15 slightly over an hour later. He apparently never received the response. This is a difficult thing for us to know if you actually receive the responses we send out.

The point is, before anyone makes defamatory remarks in a public forum like this individual did, about a companies credibility, ensure you have your information straight or indeed it will be your credibility that will be shattered.

I've emailed back and forth with Mark several times, once about using their RTT lift for my M416. After he sent me a detailed email of their setup we both decided it would be hard to implement, he even mentioned engineering me a solution. And just yesterday inquiring about pricing on their trailers as I'm now wanting something that I can haul an ATV in and Mark has replied every time within a day if not hours. As he stated I'd check your spam or junk mail folders as that's where his emails were going until I saved him as a contact.
