Extreme Outback Ultimate Overland Recovery Shovel

I didn't see it mentioned yet but the Hi-lift Handle All kit sounds like it would be just about right for you. I carry one and it is a nice kit in a rather small carry bag considering the tools it contains

This is also the kit I was looking at. It'd be extremely easy to make this into a D at the end. Also I would imagine that those attachments all fit on a hi-lift handle, so one could modify that and keep the number of tools being carried down.

I should point out this is an old pick. Tape is properly stored in the bag on the left. Rope is staying where it is for quick grabbing. I got plenty of it stored in the trunk I keep in the back.

Self cleaning is nice. It's the Touratech line from Home Depot. Another step up and the shovel digs for you too. Go platinum level and the tools make waffles in the morning

Here is a solution I came up with for a compact full sized shovel. I just drilled out the rivets holding the blade and handle and used a wire lock pin to hold it together. When I do again I think I'll leave the handle on.

i was looking for an eco-shovel as not to scar the earth, with a bottle opener. However a self cleaning ninja waffle cooking recovery device sounds better, I will take one of those instead!:chef: All this debate about a shovel, we should run for congress:ylsmoke:

Shovel....

The hi-lift "handle all" works fine, I also have a tool called the "Baja Buster" I think, a rather smallish removable shovel head and a hoe, have not used it yet but I think a hoe would be much more useful to remove material in the confined space under a mired truck it has a slightly curved handle that can be used with the hi-lift jack also I have used it in this way and it works just fine. mjmcdowell

It is missing the 'matte black tactical, with moral patch are' parts.
