Did you have to do a 100w panel due to size constraints or some other reason?
Yes 100%. This maximizes avaliable space, there will only be a small section to the right of the AC unit that will not have a panel over it on the roof. But it's everything I could fit up there.

Fully taped off. Ready for last wipe down and paint. Looks like Sunday between noon and 1800 it dips below 70% humidity and will be 84 degrees. So Sunday will be my window. If it doesn't get done then, Monday looks the same, but the rest of the week is wet, so I have to knock it out one of those two days. Humidity today and tomorrow is 90%

Tape peeled all except the roof. I'll peel that once fully dry. Just too many possibilities for messing up while semi wet. Can't wait to do all the black underneath and the 3M rubberized under coating on the inner wheel wells. Will finish this off proper. Especially with the right wheels swapped back on.

But for now... she's white! 😍

Looking good! What kind of paint did you use for everything?

I used a heavy duty industrial marine paint from UC Coatings. Ended up with 1.5 gallons on the trailer in total. I used standard thinner and duplicolor wax and grease remover for everything else.

Getting the new Truck-Lite LED's on, as well as NOS light tubs, and NOS reflectors. I drilled out the rivet holes to add riv-nuts, and I'm using stainless button head screws for everything to make it easily serviceable. Then started adding back the original front step, and the side table before calling it quits today.

I see you have a fold down "fire truck step". Very cool, I've used those on trucks. Does that panel of the trailer flex at all when standing on it? Or are there multiple layers of AL plate in the corner? I've got a M1101 as well, and I hadn't thought of putting a step right there, but it certainly would be useful.
