These specialty mobile vehicles/platforms used for homeland security, surveillance, detection and perimeter/border protection, has introduced a rapidly deployable, intelligent surveillance platform targeted toward municipalities, law enforcement and certified security organizations for greater surveillance of community events or high crime areas. The rapidly deployable, Urban Watch Mobile Surveillance Platform is configured in a custom designed, fiberglass enclosure that resembles a camper top used on standard flat bed pick up trucks.
The Urban Watch Mobile Surveillance Platform is configured by the manufacturer with a retractable 60 foot mast that holds a Pan-Tilt-Zoom mega-pixel camera for high resolution surveillance at a distance of up to one mile in any direction over a 360° area. In addition, four Day Night cameras accompany the mega-pixel PTZ camera at the top of the mast to provide 360° fixed view, 24 X 7 unmanned, detection enabled through the use Intelligent Video System (IVS) analytics. All systems in the platform support video recording, monitoring, communication and control. In total, the UWMSP can be outfitted with up to 14 intelligent video enabled cameras consisting of Day Night, Low Light or thermal/IR cameras.
In addition to the mast-attached and in-vehicle video surveillance camera systems, Mobile Intelligent Video Surveillance systems, consisting of either wireless mesh-networked, Intelligent Video Cameras or its 3G cellular networked Intelligent Video Cameras.

Somethind odd with the clutch being replaced at that low a mileage. Mine was original at 190k miles.

Not sure I understand the interior picture. Maybe it's just sparse inside.
I think it has been designed more as a toy carrier rather than as an expedition camper. But maybe I am wrong... it's very hard to tell from just one picture of the inside.
But, it does look like a nice truck.

Man this thing keeps coming back every year! Has been for sale for three or four years and gets posted up every year! Someone buy this thing! If I was starting again I would look hard at this truck but the price needs to come down a bit more yet but its getting close to what a guy might put into building one with the same componants........
