There seems to be a big love for Benchmade knives here, and I fall into that category. Mine that I carry everywhere every day is the Benchmade Griptillian 556, no serrations. For a fixed blade, it mostly depends on my mood. If I throw it in my pack it is the SOG Seal Pup, but if I want to wear it on my belt it is the TOPS Tom Brown Scout knife. I actually like the Scout better than the Pup because of the blade shape, the drop point just seems a little more user friendly in most cases. I also have the Tom Brown Tracker from TOPS, but that thing is a monster so it usually stays in the jeep.

I just got this a few months ago. Its a very rugged knive with a sharp edge. It might be a bit heavy but the grip feels good. I have not bought a knife in years so I had to go with something that I found with good reviews and made in the USA.
