Finished Lowe's trailer

The only thing you might need to consider is the penetration your 110v welder will provide. the perches need to be welded on firm, especially for off road towing.
BTW... Love Love Love the Black Butte Porter

This afternoon I pulled off the axle and added two new perches. I had the welder cranked to 90% power and I think it penetrated well enough to be safe. With the axle issue fixed I think weight isn't a concern anymore but I still want to get it on a scale when I'm done. The 3x5 was flexible too so I added a square tube frame to the bottom. I'll be bringing plenty of those Black Butte's when i take this thing out in a couple weeks.

I did a trip to the coast a couple weeks ago and the trailer did great. It seems a little tall for its wheel base but it didn't have any trouble on the highways or during a few days in the National Forest. I did however fail to take a single photo but I took a couple beforehand when I finished working on it. Maybe I'll take a few more in the future but I think this finally wraps it up. Thanks for the feedback.

Did you build that trailer in a Brewery? How did anything get done?

Nice build!

D
Thanks! I built it in the garage attached to the brewery and only used the work floor to store it over night so morning deliveries could get in. Nobody missed all the noise and mess when I finally cleaned up 3 months later!

HA! I bet...

Not sure what brewery you are involved in, but if yall made the Grapefruit Rose...that was FANTASTIC! I bet I drank a keg's worth.
