Flares or Flareless

Trying to decide, already trimmed my fenders but using the XJ as more of a camping and back road explorer now. The sides are constantly dirty from the spray off the tires. Not a fan of the wrangler flares. Looking at Bushwackers or Rustys Flexi flares any opinions is appreciated.

Mine is just an opinion but, I really dont like bushwackers. I have never seen a truck I liked them on. Its just a personal preference. I do like Rusty's flares though. I think they follow the lines of the XJ better.

LOL A friend makes from conveyor hooks. A few of us have and they definetly make people look. Don't want to walk to close in the parking lot at the store, its a shin buster

You can hot glue your old ones back on. Won't strip the paint. I'm planning to do this to my XJ.

the back (flat black) area looks great without the flares, but the front looks like its missing something.

any way you could just hold up the stock flares to the wheel wells just so we can get an idea of how it will look on the truck with flares?

The Iceland Offroad flares are nice too. I'd say definitely go with flares over flareless.

Those are the best looking after market flares I have seen on an XJ.
