Little stuff
We've been going in and out of this thing, and have had up to 5 people standing inside including a couple really good sized guys that make me look little, it's pretty roomy, and the jacks and mounts don't show any sign of distress. It sits nice and solid on them, so you COULD drop it down on the jacks, and easily use it without blocking it up. Not a lot of units with that capability. Really happy with the stability on the jacks, with a load. I was just catching a few details and we will be putting the upholstery and accessories on now.
Out with the wood!
Corner cap, jack plug in detail.
Seating area, I was thinking about using baltic birch for the seating area, I picked up a sheet.....and put it right back. At 25% of the weight I will use one of our composite panels for this area too, close up shot shows structure. This panel only has a 1/2" thick PP HC core with .065 skins, super tough. This is one area where the HC core shows it's deflective load capacities.
Easy to router out a little clearance, this was done with a hand held square and a small router, no grabbing, no chatter.
Bunk platform cut from 1.5" HC core, super solid, about 4 lbs. Bunk is in the down position.
Bunk up
Hubbel Marine 110 volt outside plug, nice and clean.
Hmmmmm, what's up here........
