How did the bulletproof mount do? Doesn't look like you have much heavy, but curious if it wobbled a lot.
The mount has been performing awesome! No issues so far and the install is a total breeze. How did the bulletproof mount do? Doesn't look like you have much heavy, but curious if it wobbled a lot.
Thanks! Price is good, may give this one a shot next. The mount has been performing awesome! No issues so far and the install is a total breeze.
Yes, we use custom machined Rivet Mounts that attach to the roof. These are then threaded and the rack feet bolt into them, so you can install and uninstall the rack without fussing with the holes/rivets in the roof itself. Can you easily pull off the roof rack and keep the holes sealed up?
Yea, that project is on hold untill I can really spend some solid time thinking about how to make it work. The biggest issue will be it blocking airflow, the packaing is doable, it will just be pushed forward a little more and need a custom center section that protrudes out a bit.Thing is looking great. Love how streamlined it is. Did you decide to just nix the winch due to the intercooler interference issue with the stock bumper?
Just stick the winch in the rear spare tire location now that you can't fit your 37 there!Yea, that project is on hold untill I can really spend some solid time thinking about how to make it work. A rear winch would definitely be better than nothing haha. But, I also have the air tank relocated back there to fit the Carli Radius Arm drops.Just stick the winch in the rear spare tire location now that you can't fit your 37 there!

They paying you by the post?AEV is the only company that engineered a bumper, using actual engineers, that provides the airflow necessary to maintain your factory cooling system.

Regardless of your definition of "engineers", How do you know that none of the aftermarket options provide the necessary airflow? It may be the case that AEV is the only one who tests for airflow, but if they do, they don't post that information on the page you linked.
