Next on the list will be a set of LightForce 170's within the next few weeks.

I am originally from Tennessee :cow: , so the mod I am truly exited about is the installation on a Dixie Horn... Yep the Dukes of Hazzard horn :cow:

Ha ha ha! About time you start this thread!

You forgot about our discussion in the X the other day.... IIRC it went like this:

FlyingWen: "Honey?"
FlyingWil: "yeah?"
FlyingWen: "I have been thinking and..."
FlyingWil: "yeah?"
FlyingWen: "I think I want to get a synthetic winch line to reduce the weight up front"
FlyingWil: "What!?"

All this from the one who said I was "ruining" my truck with my mods... I am glad to know you have the fever too! I think I am just as excited to get the winch as you are.

So when does the Eezi-Awn go on?

You want to do the Fridge like we discussed? For the non Xterra owners the X has a outlet in the cargo area perfect for a Fridge.

Rock n roll, darlin'. Rock n roll. What a perfect machine. This thing can wipe it's but with Wil's over-built, standard issue white Taco.

But we're in a race to see who gets the cheap chinese smitty winch installed first.

Oh yeah.... YEE HAW!

Pretty sweet. The Xterras are a rig I've always admired. We need some action shots of you driving it off road!

FlyingWen,
I hope you enjoy your classic series X as much as I did. I bought mine in 12-99 and loved every minute of it. In stock form it's pretty respectable offroad but yours will allow you to explorer in comfort and protected. The Wet Okoles saved my seats for the 5 years that we had it. When ever I took them off to wash them the seats looked new.

Enjoy and keep posting the pics :clapsmile

I love the seat covers. Living in AZ you'd expect them to be sweaty, but they are quite the opposite. PLUS they are a Hawaiian print. FlyingWil thinks I have gone a bit overboard with the Hawaii stuff. :Wow1: :Wow1: :Wow1:

I grew up in Memphis and have been in Phoenix since attending ASU in 1997.

We tried taking the X off road once with FlyingBaby in the car with me. Her head looked like she was at a Rock N Roll concert so I pulled the plug on it.

Next time I will just surround her with packing peanuts.. she should be safe then! :box:
