Looking good Wil, I like how your crossmembers are moveable. Any idea on how much it weighs?

Are those 3rd lights required by law or just a manufacturer's safety thing?

I don't know about the requirements but I know they reduce rear ends dramatically.

You could add a connector next to the factory third light and put a light in the center of the aft rack bar and just plug it in when the rack is on there.

I don't often get to say this to the fellas, but hey Wil, nice rack! :REOutArchery02:

I second that!!!

Third brake light shouldn't be a big deal if you mount it on the center of your RACK!!!.....lol.....If down the road you don't like it...we can try to make some thing happen with it when we do your swing-out!

:safari-rig:

Your rig is looking awesome!!!

Hole in the firewall . . . what could that mean? 1/29 at 11:37am

Well I'd say you're runnin' wire for sure. Could be a number of things. Coax for an antenna - GPS, 2M . . . Electrical power for lighting maybe. I've got my eye on you. . .

LOL... Yeah, I was trying to build up some suspense. Dual Batteries are done! Best part is Dual Batteries in the stock location. Write up and review to follow, once I get my truck back to Arizona from Texas.

No joke, dead serious. It is sweet. Total weight in the stock location is around 85 to 90 lbs. Best part is I did not have to relocate the coolant reservoir or the fuse box. Just fabricate a new battery mount.

Are you having this done in Houston? If so, what shop is doing it?

If you need someone to drive your rig to AZ, let me know.

Nope, The dual batteries were done in my driveway! My truck is being used for measurements for a new front bumper. :punk03: Thanks for the offer to drive it back, but I'll just fly in and drive it on back if all goes as planned.

Who's doing the bumpers? Is it N-Fab? They are just down the street from me and I was there earlier today, but didn't see your rig.
