Cobra to roll out FM CB

It will be interesting to see how this impacts FRS/GMRS.

My guess is not much. Too late to resurrect CB. Not with 50watt gmrs radios out there and fairly wide adoption already.

FM will have better rx but to be useful, both rx and tx units would need to be FM, meaning you would have to upgrade to take advantage of your friends FM unit.

I am firmly settled in the UHF band. Way too much $$ invested to go back to HF.
