I found this forum searching hard for anything to do with 70's Siesta campers.

It seemed popular thus thus I am posting this thread.
I have had it for ~10 years. I added the forced air heat. Previous owner upgraded to 3 way fridge and added solar panel.
As my kids are getting older we use it about 2x per year, sometimes less.
Although at various points I had inspiration and intention to restore it, it was just used to camp in.
I am not an overlander but have done some off road camping in this rig in Southern Utah. A hand crank and cable system raises the telescoping sections. As such there is a little play between the sections that I heard when off road. I am sure most anyone on this forum can come up with some dense foam inserts that you can strategically place between the sections when you crank it down to make it travel off road without movement.

Located in SLC Utah. I will deliver to nearby states for actual travel expense.
I built a custom winch rig that stores it high and dry in my carport (I park under it). So the next buyer will have to provide camper jacks or stop by so I can drop it on their rig.
On that note . . .
as indicated in the ad that I linked to, my 1989 Chevy K2500 4wd extended cab pickup is up for sale too.
I am hoping they either sell together or the camper sells first.
