Nice 250 rig! My 99 150 has 74K on it now, put 10K on it this last year! Your rig looks as clean as mine and it's cherry. Bet you got a great deal there.

What kind of topper is that? I believe that's what I'm going to go with and a platform and pull the trailer.

Thanks! I couldn't believe how clean it was. If I remember correctly, it's a SnugTop. (I would go outside and check, but I rode the bicycle to work today).

Here is my work in progress this winter will be building custom front bumper and hopefully doing the spring swap on my 2000 Excursion. Then will be doing 12v Cummins conversion following year. Here is a couple pictures with my roof rack finally on that I built this last winter in my garage.

An Excursion with a 12v. Swap out the Dana 50, for a 60 while you're at it, and you'll have my dream rig... Love the big roof rack.

Nice start. What are you going to sell the gas V10 for? I've got a 3v 5.4L, and a V10 might be a nice upgrade, or it could go really nice in an olde .mil truck.

Thanks for comments, yes I will do the Dana 60 also when funds allow. It's a slow process when you are only able to buy parts here and there. I wish I could just do everything at once I am sure just like everyone else would like to also. But makes you appreciate it more when it is done. I will hopefully have the funds to buy the rear springs and new shocks and at least get the spring swap done, then start bumper soon.

I know all about doing it piece at a time... been building mine 3 years. As it sits now, I can't use 4x4. Re-geared and added an ARB to the rear... saving to do the front by fall.

Here is my work in progress. The first picture is in the middle of winter and i have the stock size tires on but they are cooper tires that are a true winter tire and studded for ice. The second pic was taken on a camping trip, and here it has the 35x12.5R18 tires on it. Both sets of wheels are stock wheels from ford.

The truck is a 2010 f350 CC LB custom ordered from ford the way i wanted it. It has a buck stop bumper, 12000 warn winch, lots of light force lights up fron, 6 inch procomp lift, toyo mt, full EGR delete and DP delete as well and running the 210Hp tune from Spartan.

Got a big bad Ford myself. Innovative tunes, Elite tranny, 4.5" icon, 37" M16s on 18" fuels

I'd love to rig out a flip pac for my truck... we'll see what happens... Sorta waiting to see if I get a new job I'm applying for.

Jonstoy - Are those cutout fenders?

nope, those are just the pocket flares from bushwhacker. And after seeing your rig i'm thinking of upgrading to the icon 4.5" with 37's. Your rig looks unreal.

I'll get a few more pics when I get a chance.. They are all on my harddrive at work. I appreciate the comments though. I like to look of more sidewall.. Most are headed down the 20/22s with 35/37s.

18s are cheaper rims and tires too haha

I like more sidewall as well. Better ride, more flexibility, wider foot print when aired down... Nothing makes me snicker as quick as the sight of a lifted 4x4 on low profile skateboard wheels.

Second image is BFG KM2's 37x12.50x20 on stock KR 20s. I don't know how they would look on rims with some wider backspacing but from the front they looked very pizza cutter and I didn't like them. O, and I had a blowout with one at 80MPH :Wow1: Talk about a ride lol.
