Next Job to do: change the funny original 255/70 16 Streettires to something more serious...

I go for Cooper ST Max in 265/75 16 and they fit well to the Ranger.

So the RTT rack mounts into the bed vs the bed rails?

How heavy are those metal boxes?

Yes exactly...

The Boxes are made from Aluminum, the bigger ones weight around 2,5 Pounds.

And they are cheap, I've paid 49€ for one of them...

Hi, something more from me and my Ranger...

Spending 3 Weeks in France and driving nearly 4.500 Km I'm still happy with my new Rig.

Everything woks well and it is a verry good Vehicle for Overlanding and Travelling.

I really noticed the difference in the lug pattern between the nissan and ford. Ford looks a lot beefier.

That's looking real good. I do think the new Rangers are a real head turner. They also seem quite a bit bigger than the previous model.

Hi Colin,

its a Lot bigger then the old one.

Sometimes a little bit to big, when you driving in to a small French Village, build around 1730 you
realy feel the difference to the old Ranger...

I will not go for the Interieur, dont like the look, but the Shell is impresive for me...

Hi out there,

after thinking a while an have a deep look on my Money I`ve decided to sell the RTT an the Drawerbox.

The Campershell Thread inspired me this much so I buy this:

Next Tuesday I install a Sleepingplattform and my new Awning, so Im back for Overlanding again...
