What's the average difficulty of adding all the gauges to that era 7.3?

Pretty easy for the pickups. There are lots of aftermarket a-pillar pods out there for them. I imagine you have to work for it a bit more with the vans.

I should add that I have a 97 e350 ambo with the psd... I like those gauges!

3K for a 99 in decent shape seems like a reasonable asking price... it's hard to say, it varies so much by local market.

I almost bought this 2 or so years ago before it had the high roof and bumpers from the original owner, it was in perfect shape then. I still wish I would've sucked it up and dealt with the higher payments for it.
