i think it's a good sign of prior ownership/maintenance if a vehicle had functioning aftermarket gauges added. Looks like that shorty has pyro/boost/trans temp gauges, and one on the steering column that goes up to 100. Fuel pressure on a diesel?

What's the average difficulty of adding all the gauges to that era 7.3?

Pretty easy for the pickups. There are lots of aftermarket a-pillar pods out there for them. I imagine you have to work for it a bit more with the vans.
