Extremely cool, wondering if Chinook converted any of the AWD versions.Pretty cool, I hadn't seen a Chinook Astro camper before. Would be a fun ski rig with an AWD swap. Or swap the top & inside of one of these onto a newer Astro?

The awd Astro vans have a lot of support and can be made into a pretty decent setup for well under $8,000 all in. Wondering if there is a way to figure out how many of these are out there. I have a lot of 1 off stuff and have never seen one of these.
Apparently Chinook made the Astro campers in the late 80s and some Ford Aerostar AWD versions in the early 90s. Keep an eye out!
Sadly considering selling my 4x4 Savana as it just doesn’t suit my current needs as well these days.
