That's what I was talking about as regards "expedition friendly". Couple hundred dollars to replace a DII hub vs. $12 x 2 for very common bearings for a D1 hub. Not to mention needing to apply 400 lb/ft of torque in the middle of nowhere to get the axle nut off.looks like I'm due for a new rear hub assembly.
