Front bumper factory fog light question

Hey guys,
I prefer my front bumper fog lights to be manually turned off or on ONLY by the switch that controls them on the dash, instead of being turned on when turning. Am I missing something in the settings? Or is this something that can be reprogrammed only by the dealer? Or not at all.
