What is the spline count for the front axles into the diff? The front 3rd member looks very similar to the Montero rear 3rd 9.5" ring gear.

Yep looks very close to Montero ( same as Aussie Pajero I think) rear diff but it's not. FUSO front diff carrier is about 15 or 20 mm bigger I think. Short answer is they are not interchangeable.

We've had our torsen diff from ATW for a number of years now and find the truck rums for better on dirt/gravel roads than before. Also had several sand island trips and never had any issues.

what pressure did you take the tires down to on the sand?

Sometimes as low as 20psi but mostly 25-30

25 in sand is what I normally do. Would go a lot lower if I had too.

yes still the same tyres on 19.5 rims you installed on the swb. These readings are only in sand and low speed.
