Damn, I missed it. Is the LED display actually red like it shows in the picture? All I have seen is green.

DesertDude I see the radio and equip has been sold but am wondering how you like the unit overall. I am starting to outfit my Trooper for the Nevada Trophy and am looking for a good, small cb radio.

I found that radio very easy to use and stood up to trail use and dusty situations. Coupled with the right antenna/vehicle mount location it would communicate the distance clearly.

The other CB radio that worked well (in another vehicle) was the Cobra 19.
