This is actually designed to sit on a trailer tongue although I suppose it could be mounted elsewhere (such as a roof rack). It holds 5 x 5 gallon cans (included). Dimensions are 50.25 L x 10.5 W x 22 H inches. The metal rod allows you to lock the cans in place.

its fair enough, i've just never seen stuff advertised that way, if i wanted $75 i'd just ask $75. either way its still a pretty darn good deal considering a 3 can rack without cans seems to run over $100 plus ~$30 a can.

I'm interested but i bet shipping will be a pain, this would be a great addition to the front of my jet ski trailer.

I like the way the bar can be used to lock the gas cans in place, but now I'm thinking I want a way to keep someone from removing the caps and siphoning the gas out. Anyone seen any cheap solutions? Or have suggestions?

Oh, and I don't have a welder, so welded solutions would probably cost more than I am willing to pay.

I was thinking of using wire rope / aircraft cable to attach them to the bar: a short piece of wire rope with an eye on one end to pass the bar through, then the other end would run through a small hole in the bottom edge of each gas cap, with a stop compressed on the end to keep it from coming back out.

Thoughts?
