Let me try to explain it:
Our next trip will be to italy. In italy there`s a law that says that if you have a load on your car that sticks out in the rear, you have to put that plate on. The german inspection office didn`t allow the swingout for my car, but the swingout is easy removable, so it`s considered a load in germany and legal for me...
So, i`m not sure if the italians consider the swingout as a part of the car or as a load. Since the fine for not having that plate is about 130$ i thought i`d better put on that plate...
I hope you guys understand what i wrote, it`s a bit hard for me to explain things like that in english...
