GPS... For Christmas. Best buy

Ok Guys so I'm new to the whole expedition style 4wheeling and I'm looking to get a GPS for use in my Jeep... I also do hiking and I didn't know what kind of approach to take with this... I didn't know if there were gps units that would show where you've been and came from and things like that and which ones seem to be the best on the market for the right price. Its what I'm going to ask for christmas along with some GCI cookware and new Aux off road Hella lights! Any suggestions please! Pictures are awesome and your thoughts! Thank you so much :victory:

i have a garmin 60csx it does everything i need it to. use for hiking and have a ram mount for inside the cruiser. you can find them on sale for around 200
you can go to garmins web site and check out all of there gps units..

cabelas had nuvi 500's for $180. got o there site then go to teh bargain cave
