Hi everyone.
I just picked up a GPS at Big Lots today. Its the Magellan RoadMate 3000t, and I nabbed it for $35. I have been waiting for it to be that cheap for several months. I finally bought it when it was 90% off.
Anyway, back to the topic. Does anyone here use this unit? I tried it out a little today, and I like it. It works well, and has multiple useful functions. The info screen is great, it tells you the direction your headed, the city, the county, your exact coordinates, speed, compass direction (again), and even altitude. I havent had a lot of time to play around with it yet, but I will soon. Im also planning on getting a RAM mount for it, to mount it to my dash. Im driving a 1995 Jeep Cherokee if that matters.
Any info that anyone would like to share with me about the unit or anything that I should now about it? Upgrades, etc?
