HAM Operators- Post up here

Forgot to post here yet - I got my license a month or so ago, with the callsign FF6WFB. I'm based in the Irvine area in Southern California and still trying to get my bearings on HAM usage. :)

Congrats to all you new hams! [FF6WFB must be a typo unless you are in France :-) ]

congrats to all you new hams

if you guys have access to an allstar node, my node # is 42282 which is part of the vermont allstar network ~ vermontallstar.boards.net

Great to see all the Hams on this board.

K8MDB here. I'm on D-Star with an ID-51A or on HF with an Elecraft KX3 to a Butternut vertical or a Buddipole if I'm out and about.

Just passed my Technician exam:wings:!

No radio yet, I want to research and find what will work best for my application.
