I found a reference to this organizer, the Greenspan camping kitchen liner, on the Brownchurch Ltd. website. I tried to google it but came up empty. Have you heard of this before and have any link to it? It is supposed to fit a storage box of some type.

I seen a picture of one before. It's a nylon-type liner with various pockets that goes inside a Wolf container. Let me see if I can find a pic.
