Needed to convert 2004 F250 speed sensor to 2002 E350. They both had the male ends. Cutting and reattaching was an option, but decided to make an adapter out of SKS1021 ABS wheel speed sensor ends.

If anyone needs a good frontend/rear for a E350, pm me. Both axles plus wheels and tires will be for sale. (Cooper Discoverer A/T All-Season LT245/75R16 & brakes/rotors with less than 5K on them)

Poor photos, but got the shackle flip installed! Once the axle in, we'll see what that gets me in lift. Has to cut the exhaust, I'll weld it back over the leaf springs likely. Need to see where the wheel and tires sit. Might just go straight out the back.

Time for the transfer case to get mounted up. Original plan was transmission swap, but got a BW 1356 w/ Quigley adapter which saves me from a full transmission swap. (Thanks Jake!)

Relocated the spring perches. Tack welded for now. I'll check the angles once I get the transfer case mounted up. Hopefully I get lucky and they are within a degree.

Axles are in, wheels are on. It's getting closer and with the wheels on a bit safer to shift weigh around. On to dropping the tank and install the BW1356 tcase w/ Quigley adapter.

Nearing the end. Well the rear of the vehicle at least. It's fuel tank time!

Welding a tank carrier for the poly tank. It'll end up looking kind of like a skid plate basket with the tank straps over top. It'll be quite stout for any rocks that come it's way. Should have it knocked out after tday.

What tank is that poly tank?
MTS 4837

Fits in the rear pretty well once the cross member is cut out. I added a new cross member made of c channel ahead of the tank. It does hang lower than my hitch by about 2 inches which is why I'm over building the tank mount.
