Hey guys, new to this forum (but not to Wheelin').

Been wheelin' since I was a kid ~27 years.

Currently have a Gen 3 Monty that has evolved into a dog carrying, camping support, daily driver.

Currently have the following installed:
2" Ironman springs
KYB shock/struts
MB Motoring Rocker 16x8 +25 wheels
BFG AT KO 285/75/16's
Custom Roof Rack
Factory Rear Spoiler
Removal of unneeded Tupperware (side moldings)


Future list:
Install lights on roof rack (have but need to install)
ARB front Bumper
Winch
Motor with some TOURQUE!!!:drool:

You might want to check out Tony's Montero...(EDIT: Saw you found it...) he has a nice set up and is struggling with a few hard to find mods. Over all it is a very well built truck.

Welcome again to ExPo; so glad you found us.

Looking at you pictures here, it appears that you have slightly more lift than my OME Heavy Duty suspension lift. The OME setup is also supposed to give a 2" lift.

I'm wondering if your lift has benefits that the OME setup cannot provide; or, whether mine is just lower due to the 5 skid plates, bumper, and winch, among other heavy items.

I never saw mine with the new springs, as yours is currently setup, without the bumper and winch.

I thought the OME setup was only a 1.25 lift.

The springs I have are from Ironman out of Australia. I got them off eBay in 2006. They have been on the vehicle almost a year now.
